I am writing to complain about the malicious and defamatory article against Sgt. Brian Gardiner that the Morning Sentinel published.
If the Morning Sentinel feels it is necessary to publicize complaints made about police officers, then that needs to be the policy for complaints made against any employee, anywhere.
Perhaps a whole section of the paper can be devoted to this — I once had to speak to a manager at a fast food establishment about the mix-up on my order and I think that is just as newsworthy as the Sentinel’s recent article.
