BELGRADE — The Friends of the Belgrade Public Library fifth annual Golf Tournament, this year amed the Ed Salmon Memorial Golf Tournament after a library supporter and a previous member of the Belgrade Public Library Board of Trustees. The tournament was held July 11 at the Belgrade Lakes Golf Course, with a noon tee off and a scramble format. The tournament was followed by a cocktail/buffet reception where awards and prizes were given out by MC Tom Alter of the PGA Tour followed by a live and silent auction with Buzz Bridges as the auctioneer.
