Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 4:47 p.m., Joshua Dean Elliott, 31, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

Saturday at 12:05 a.m., Kenneth John Billings, 54, of Bangor, was arrested on charges of speed in excess of 30 miles over limit and operating vehicle without a license.

11:07 a.m., Walter Jerry Humphrey, 46, of Smithfield, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and probation hold.

12:27 p.m., Michael Nickerson, 56, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a warrant.
