AUGUSTA — Two men and a woman arrested in a drug raid last April in Farmingdale where Kennebec County sheriff’s deputies reported finding 116 grams of uncut heroin and 57 oxycodone pills pleaded guilty to trafficking charges this week in Kennebec County Superior Court.

Randy Figueroa, 38, of New York City, was sentenced to seven years in jail, with all but three years’ suspended, and three years’ probation.

He pleaded guilty to two counts each of trafficking in scheduled drugs and possession of scheduled drugs. He also agreed to forfeit $2,989. Figueroa was fined $1,600 and ordered to pay $280 restitution.

Nicholas F. Presby, 31, of Whitefield, was sentenced to five years in jail, with all but nine months suspended, three years’ probation, $400 fine, $140 restitution.

Assistant District Attorney Joelle Pratt said Figueroa arrived at a bus station and was picked up by Christina L. Sanborn, 42, whose Hill Street residence in Farmingdale was the site of the raid.

Deputy Josh Hardy wrote in an affidavit filed with the court that Figueroa dropped a small bag and ran when the deputy confronted him outside the apartment.

Hardy said Figueroa’s pockets contained a large amount of cash and small plastic bags of heroin.

Authorities seized a total of 114 grams of heroin from Figueroa and another 2 grams were seized from Christina Sanborn’s bedroom. Sanborn and Presby each claimed the heroin belonged to the other, Hardy wrote.

Sanborn pleaded guilty Tuesday to unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and was sentenced to four years in prison with all but five months suspended and two years’ probation.

She was also fined $400 and ordered to pay up to $140 toward restitution for the state’s drug testing costs.

Assistant District Attorney Joelle Pratt told Justice Michaela Murphy that Sanborn had admitted selling oxycodone obtained from Figueroa. Sanborn had no prior criminal record. Conditions of probation ban Sanborn from contact with Figueroa.

Sanborn’s attorney, Pamela Ames, said Sanborn has done well while out on bail under a Maine Pretrial Services contract and in her participation in drug court. “She has been a role model for other individuals,” Ames said.

A number of other people were sentenced Monday and Tuesday in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Edward C. Arbour, 34, of Coopers Mills, criminal trespass March 1 in Augusta; $100 fine.

• Carrisa L. Butkewicz, 21, of Waterville, trafficking in scheduled drugs March 20 in Waterville; four-year jail sentence, all but four months suspended, three years’ probation, $400 fine, $140 restitution.

• Adam S. Bajpai, 21, of Waterville, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, violating conditions of release and assault May 17 in Augusta, three-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years probation. A deferred disposition on a charge of aggravated trafficking in marijuana was revoked, and he was ordered to serve six months on that charge concurrently and fined $400.

• Michelle H. Campbell, 23, of Mount Vernon, possession of hypodermic apparatus Feb. 25 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 3, both in Augusta, $400 fine.

• Heather J. Coolidge, 25, of Winthrop, criminal trespass Nov. 29, 2012, in Augusta; $100 fine.

• Lucinda Colby, 61, of Dresden, violating conditions of release and forgery March 25 in Gardiner; $400 fine.

• Christopher R. Cote, 30, of Mount Vernon, operating while license suspended or revoked May 4 in Belgrade; $250 fine.

• Richard D. Duffy Jr., 48, of Rome, assault and criminal mischief Feb. 1 in Oakland; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year administrative release, $500 fine.

• Matthew R. Flewelling, 24, of Monticello, violating conditions of release Feb. 16 in Waterville; $250 fine.

• Gladys A. Fowler, 31, of Augusta, stealing drugs Nov. 16, in Augusta; 18-month jail sentence, all suspended, two years’ probation, $400 fine, $55 restitution.

• Jaime J. Getchell, 35, of Lisbon Falls, driving to endanger and motor vehicle speeding 30-plus miles over the limit Sept. 24, in Monmouth, $250 donation to charity, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.
