At 8:16 a.m., Anthony Reed, 38, of Augusta, was arrested at the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assault.
3:01 p.m., shoplifting was reported at the Hannaford supermarket on Cony Street. A 17-year-old was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
