Evan Hutchinson, 18, of Carthage, was arrested on charges of burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Tuesday at 7:42 p.m., Jason Eric Libby, 33, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of burglary.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 12:46 a.m., Michael Robert Cromett, 28, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a probation hold and charges of domestic-violence assault and criminal mischief.
