IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 4:46 p.m., Damien Lee Raymond, 30, of Embden, was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice.

8:08 p.m., Jammie Maynard Clark, 42, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of terrorizing.

8:21 p.m., Travis Alfred Curtis, 21, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of eluding an officer, driving to endanger, exceeding the speed limit by 30 miles per hour or more and operating after license suspension.
