Arrests

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday, at 4:07 p.m., John Edward Labbe, 46, of Main Street, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, on Main Street.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Fred Smith II, 79, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge violating a protection-from-abuse order.

Tuesday, Robert Fortier II, 24, of Clinton, was arrested on a charge of acquiring drugs by deception.

Wednesday, Roderick M. Grose, no age listed, of Augusta, was arrested on three charges of unpaid fines or fees.

Christopher Q. Nault, 44, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
