HINCKLEY — Two Sky Programs for girls and their families or siblings, Explore our Sky, are set for 10 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. Saturday at L.C.Bates Museum Observatory.
The programs will explore how a telescope works and participants can look at the sun and learn some easy astronomy observation tricks. The project is directed at empowering girls in the area of science and technology, families and siblings are welcome. The programs are rain or shine and there is no cost.
