IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 3:11 p.m., Paul Kelly Hammock, 36, of Somerset City, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 12:05 p.m., Leeanna Lin Gogan, 20, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of allowing a minor to possessor consume alcohol and violation of a condition of release on three counts.
