BANGOR — Joe Seccareccia completed 12 of 17 passes for 161 yards and two touchdowns to lead Husson past Castleton State 34-3 in Eastern Collegeiate Football Conference football action Saturday.

Byron Jackson had 125 yards on the ground for Husson (2-2, 1-0 ECFC). Kyle McKinnon added 97 yards rushing and two touchdowns, while Farmingdale native Ryan Dorso scored a touchown on a 5-yard run in the first quarter.

Castleton dropped to 1-3.

Wesleyan 41, Colby 0: LaDarius Drew and Kyle Gibson each rushed for over 100 yards as the Cardinals won in Middletown, Conn.

Drew rushed for 135 yards on 29 carries, and Gibson carried the ball 14 times for 110 yards. Quarterback Jesse Warren tossed two touchdown passes for Wesleyan (3-0).

Colby (1-2) had 152 total yards, and half of those came on the final drive of the game. The Mules drove 76 yards to the Wesleyan 2-yard line, but threw three straight incompletions as time ran out. That drive was the only time Colby got past its own 41-yard line. On defense, Ryan Ruiz was in on 13 tackles for the Mules.

Bates 14, Williams 10: Ryan Curit’s 2-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter gave the Bobcats the lead for good, as Bates took the New England Small College Athletic Conference win in Williamstown, Mass.

Curit’s score capped a 16 play, 64 yard drive and came with 10:42 left in the game. Curit ran for 60 yards, while Shawn Doherty ran for 68 yards for Bates (2-1), which gained 210 yards on the ground as a team.

Williams dropped to 0-3.

Bowdoin 13, Tufts 10: Tim Wickstrom intercepted a pass at the goal line with 35 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter to seal the Bowdoin victory in NESCAC action at Ellis Oval / Zimman Field in Sommerville, Mass.

Zach Donnarumma gained 136 yards and scored a touchdown on 29 carries as the visiting Polar Bears (1-2) earned their first victory of the season. Tufts, which got a one-yard touchdown run from freshman Chance Brady early in the fourth quarter, fell to 0-3.

Endicott 53, Maine Maritime 28: Ahead 28-21 at the half, Maine Maritime was shut out over the final two quarters in New England Football Conference play in Beverly, Mass.

Spencer Walsh ran for 191 yards and two touchdowns for Endicott (3-2), while quarterback Drew Frenette threw for 324 yards and five touchdowns.

Lawrence grad Kevin Pressey had 11 tackles for Endicott.

Billy Wetherbee ran for 171 yards for the Mariners (0-4). Ryan O’Neal gained 117 yards rushing and scored two touchdowns for MMA. Gardiner grad Justin Lovely had two catches for 33 yards, including a 17-yard touchdown reception.
