How is it that our paid elected officials cannot do their jobs, yet hard-working American citizens are furloughed from their jobs because of Congress’ ineffectiveness? We should not pay our lawmakers in Congress until they do their job. They need to pass a budget as the Congress has been doing for 200 years.
The Affordable Care Act has been debated and passed into law with the Supreme Court’s approval. Let Americans have health care and an acceptable budget that will keep this great country of ours running.
We should all call our delegates in Congress and tell them to stop the shutdown and allow people to earn a living.
