Residents of Augusta are fortunate they can vote for Dale McCormick for City Council when they head to the polls next month.
McCormick is an excellent choice for helping to lead our city. She cares deeply about our environment, our education system and our neighborhoods.
I have known Dale for more than 25 years as she has assumed leadership positions in her work and in her volunteer efforts, including working for her for six years. She is forthright and honest, she is fair, she has good ideas and she has integrity.
The city of Augusta needs all of these qualities in its leaders. I urge others to join me in voting for Dale McCormick for City Council on Nov. 5.
