At 1:35 a.m., a motor-vehicle accident causing property damage was reported at the Bridge Street Tavern on Bridge Street. Paul Alan Bartlett, 47, of Augusta, was summoned on a charge of operating under the influence.
8:20 a.m., criminal trepassing was reported at McDonald’s on Bangor Street.
8:24 a.m., theft was reported on Spring Street.
9:03 a.m., a motor-vehicle accident causing property damage was reported at Walmart on Civic Center Drive.
1:12 p.m., theft was reported at the Bread of Life Shelter on Hospital Street.
2:08 p.m., a past burglary was reported on Tasker Road.
2:37 p.m., traffic complaints were reported in the vicinity of the intersection of State and Union streets.
3 p.m., theft was reported at the Glenridge Gardens Apartments on Glenridge Drive.

At 6:17 p.m., a motor-vehicle accident causing injury was reported at the intersection of Water and Academy streets. Authorities at the scene said a minivan rear-ended a car near the Cotton Mill Apartments. Assistant Fire Chief Jeffrey Thompson said nobody was injured, traffic was at a standstill for 15 minutes on Water Street, and southbound travelers were briefly rerouted.

At 8:18 p.m., police responded to a motor-vehicle accident causing property damage at the intersection of Blair and Stream Side roads. Christopher Oakes, 26, of South China, was arrested and charged with OUI with one prior conviction and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
