On Nov. 5, I will cast my vote to re-elect Cecil Munson as at-large city councilor for Augusta.
In his time serving on council, Cecil has proven himself to be a consistent advocate for the residents of our city.
Among the many reasons for choosing to vote for Cecil are two key factors. First, Cecil makes it a priority to listen to the concerns of the people he represents. He puts significant time and energy into soliciting community feedback and references that information during council discussions and decision-making.
Second, Cecil has a proven ability to bring together opposite sides in sometimes difficult situations. He puts the needs of our city before personal and political agendas — a trait that encourages collaboration on City Council. He has earned my vote for re-election, and I encourage others to recognize his dedication and hard work by voting for Cecil Munson.
