Like many others, I’m not a fan of Time Warner’s policies. Charging for modems, lack of an a la carte option, the blackout the capricious pricing policy are alll valid complaints.
Unlike many others, however, we’ve yet to switch to a satellite service because of TWC’s great customer service here locally.
The customer service representatives are unfailingly helpful when needed and technicians who will visit your home on Sundays are a big plus. We’re staying the course — for now.
