IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 1:53 a.m., Yves K. Muzima, 38, of Flood Street in Fairfield, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence; operating with a suspended license; criminal speeding; operating without a license in violation of his restrictions, failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth; violating the condition of his release; a warrant; and refusing to sign a criminal summons, on Route 100A.
