Geoffrey L. Dow, 57, of Richmond, operating under the influence Aug. 24 in Farmingdale; $500 fine, 90 day jail sentence all but 10 days suspended, one year administrative release, 90 day license suspension.

Arlene M. Edson, 29, of Pittston, two counts of assault, Nov. 6, 2012, and Dec. 3, 2012, both in Augusta; $600 in fines — all suspended, 10 day jail sentence.
