MADISON — Stephanie Dickey Ruel recently took her oath of membership in NSDAR at a recent meeting of the Eunice Farnsworth-Ruth Heald Cragin Chapter. Ruel’s husband and daughter stood at her side during the ceremony. As per her request, Maine State Regent Sandra Healy Swallow pinned her following the ceremony with Ruel’s mother’s DAR pin.
Her mother, Theodora (Teddie) Dickey, of Scarborough, had been a member of the former Ruth Heald Cragin Chapter of North Anson for many years; and was an active member of the newly merged chapter, Eunice Farnsworth-Ruth Heald Cragin until her death about a year ago.
