CLINTON — The Clinton Elementary School’s Student Council led the school recently in a “Hats for the Homeless” Day. Students could wear a hat in school and make a monetary donation or bring in warm winter hats for the Mid Maine Homeless Shelter. The day was successful and fun — $160 and approximately 200 new warm hats were donated. The Student Council then delivered the donations and had a tour of the Shelter.
