AUGUSTA — Allana L. Bailey, a lawyer at Kozak & Gayer, P.A., has become a shareholder at the Capitol Street health law firm, according to a release from the firm.

Bailey, of Manchester, advises clients on a broad range of issues, including reimbursement matters, compliance, licensing, transactional matters, fraud and abuse and contracting, according to the release.

The firm’s other shareholders are Joseph M. Kozak, Benjamin P. Townsend, Julius Ciembroniewicz, Michael D. Seitzinger and Steven L. Johnson, according to its website.
