RICHMOND — Bailey Johansen scored eight points, had seven steals and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Richmond to a 49-28 win against Rangeley in East/West Conference boys basketball action Tuesday night.

Sean Bernier scored eight points for Richmond (6-4), while Matt Holt added seven points.

Tim White led Rangeley (2-8) with 13 points.

LINCOLN 61, GARDINER 54: Sawyer Pinkham had 29 points as the Eagles beat the Tigers in a KVAC B game in Newcastle.

James Seward Matel added 11 points for Lincoln (5-4).

Brandon Douglas and Brad Weston each had 12 points for Gardiner (5-4). Ed Weymouth chipped in 10 points and seven rebounds, while Alex Lapointe had seven assists and Joe Harnett had seven points and eight rebounds for the Tigers.

MONMOUTH 69, CARRABEC 48: Kasey Smith had 16 points as the Mustangs beat the Cobras in an MVC game on Monday in Monmouth.

Marcques Houston added 15 points and Nick Tozier 10 for Monmouth (5-4).

Boog Dunphy had nine points for Carrabec (1-9).

HAMPDEN 70, CONY 47: The Broncos led 34-10 at the half and coasted to the KVAC Class A win in Augusta. Brendan McIntyre led the winers with 17 points while Zach Gilpin added 14 and Nick Gilpin and Isaiah Bess scored 10 apiece. Liam Stokes, Alex Neill and Kevin Kingsbury scored nine points apiece for Cony (3-8). Hampden is 12-0.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

LAWRENCE 65, MESSALONSKEE 44: Nia Irving had 24 points and 16 rebounds as the Bulldogs beat the Eagles in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game in Fairfield.

Dominique Lewis added nine points and five assists, while, Brianna Soucy scored 12 points for Lawrence (9-1).

Kelsey Mayo had 13 points and Sophie Holmes 11 for Messalonskee (8-4).

ERSKINE 49, MT. VIEW 29: Mallory Chamberlain had 16 points, nine rebounds, five steals and two assists as the Eagles beat the Mustangs in a KVAC B game in South China.

Mia Taylor added nine rebounds, while Megan Dunn had eight points for Erskine (2-8).

Jeni Nadeau had 10 points for Mt. View (3-7).

NOKOMIS 41, MARANACOOK 30: Kelsie Richards scored 14 points as the Warriors beat the Black Bears in a KVAC B game in Readfield.

Taylor Shaw added 10 points for Nokomis, which remains unbeaten at 10-0.

Christine Miller led all scorers with 16 points for Maranacook (7-5).

Rangeley 54, Richmond 36: Blayke Morin had 21 points as the Lakers remained unbeaten, knocking off the Bobcats, in Richmond.

Taylor Esty added 14 points for Rangeley, which improves to 10-0.

Morgan Harrington had eight points and 10 rebounds for Richmond (4-7).

CONY 51, HAMPDEN ACADEMY 42: Alyssa Dennett scored 14 points to lead the Rams to a KVAC A win over the Broncos in Hampden.

Erica Martin led Hampden (2-9) with 12 points.

HALL-DALE 55, LISBON 44: Allison Crockett scored 20 points and had 15 rebounds to lead the Bulldogs to an MVC win over the Greyhounds in Lisbon.

Amy Sweet and Nicole Pelletier each added 11 points for Hall-Dale (6-4).

Bri Saugher led Lisbon (4-5) with 15 points.

CARRABEC 46, MONMOUTH 29: Mikayla White had 16 points as the Cobras beat the Mustangs in an MVC game in Monmouth.

THOMAS 91, MAINE MARITIME 63: Skowhegan Area High School graduate Levi Barnes had 28 points and six assists to lead the Terriers to the North Atlantic Conference win in Waterville.

Garen Manzo added 16 points and Adam Carlsen came off the bench to score 12 for Thomas (4-8, 4-3 in the conference). Eric Westbrooks chipped in with 10 points and Shaun Munson grabbed 10 rebounds.

Maranacook Community School graduate Kyle Boucher had 15 points for MMA (1-10, 0-5 in the conference).

HUSSON 77, UM-FARMINGTON 69: Lawrence High School graduate Brooks Spaulding scored 15 points and grabbed five rebounds as the Eagles improved to 10-0 with a win over the Beavers in Farmington.

Phil Leighton, Trevon Butler and Aaron Willis each added 14 points for Husson (10-0, 5-0 in the North Atlantic Conference).

Maranacook Community School graduate Ben Johnson scored 25 points and grabbed eight rebounds for UMF (6-7, 4-3 in the conference). Pet Sumner added 20 points.

MMA 76, THOMAS 42: Cheyene Malloy of Skowhegan had 15 points as the Mariners beat the Terriers in an NAC game in Waterville.
