BELFAST — Trevor Lovely scored 18 points to lead Winslow to a 66-39 win over Belfast in Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B girls basketball action Saturday.
Connor Wildes added 12 points for the Black Raiders (10-3) while Nason Lanphier chipped in with 10.
Belfast (1-9) was led by Korey Dolan with 17 points and Xavier Roman with 10.
BOOTHBAY 68, CARRABEC 36: John Hepburn scored 21 points to lead the Seahawks to the MVC win in Boothbay.
Evan Hepburn added 13 points for Boothbay (12-1).
Carrabec (2-12) was led by Troy Dunphy with 14 points.
MONMOUTH 68, MT. ABRAM 47: Marcques Houston scored 14 points to lead the host Mustangs to the MVC win.
Kasey Smith and Hunter Richardson added 13 points apiece for Monmouth (8-4).
Mt. Abram (1-11) was led by Amos Withee and Artie Ryan with 13 points each.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
WINSLOW 52, BELFAST 15: Heather Kervin scored 10 points to lead the visiting Black Raiders to the KVAC B win.
Alyssa Wood added eight points for Winslow (10-3).
Brianne Cummings scored eight points to lead Belfast (1-11).
BOYS HOCKEY
Messalonskee 6, Hampden 0: Chase Cunningham scored a goal and five assists to lead the Eagles in an Eastern B game at Sukee Arena.
Jared Cunningham had five assists while Dan Condon had a hat trick for Messalonskee (9-0-0).
Brandon Nale and Jake Dexter also scored for Messalonskee. Ryan Manning had 27 saves to lead the Broncos (4-4-2).
Winchendon 69, Kents Hill 40: Isaiah Ruffen scored 17 points to lead Winchendon to the win.
Kents Hill (3-3) was led by Nelkas Kwemo with 12 points.
