Details: Miller is a two-time World Cup overall champion, four-time World Champion and five-time Olympic medalist. He became a member of the U.S Ski Team 16 years ago and participated in the Olympics in 1998, 2002, 2006 and 2010. With his bronze in Sochi Miller became the oldest man to win an Olympic Alpine medal.
Maine connection: From Easton, N.H., Miller learned to ski at New Hampshire’s Cannon Mountain and was a 1996 graduate of Carrabassett Valley Academy
