WATERVILLE — Inland Hospital and EMMC, Partners in Heart Care will host a special heart to heart talk set for 4:30-6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, at the Best Western Plus, Main Street, in recognition of National Heart Month.
Heart to Heart is free for the community with focus on those with cardiac issues; and their loved ones interested in improving heart health.
Cardiologists Syed Rahmatullah, MD, FACC, and Shelley Falik, MD, FACC, will discuss ways to control high blood pressure and treat atrial fibrillation. Attendees can have their blood pressure taken, sample heart-healthy appetizers, take home DASH diet recipes, and become eligible for door prizes.
