SAD 53, Burnham, Pittsfield and Detroit, kindergarten registration for the 2014-15 school year has begun. A child must be five years old on or before Oct. 15 to start school. Screening information is available by calling Manson Park School at 487-2281 before to April 4.
Screening will be held Friday, May 2, at Manson Park School. Appointments will be made after the completed paperwork has been returned. As part of the screening process children will be involved in activities which include: general readiness, vision, hearing, motor coordination and speech/language development.
To complete registration forms, you will need a copy of your child’s vital record of live birth and proof of immunization including to varicella vaccination. Registration packet are available at Manson Park School.
