Dana A. Bradford, 34, Clinton, burglary, Sept. 21, 2012, in Skowhegan; 57 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Marcia A. Collins, 56, Smithfield, burglary, April 1, 2009, in Fairfield; no sentence imposed.

Ross D. Correia, 23, New Portland, burglary, Jan. 4, 2011, in New Portland, 60 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

John J. Dougherty III, 39, Farmingdale, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Jan. 26, 2012, in Fairfield; dismissed. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Dec. 9, 2011, in Fairfield; 364 day jail sentence all suspended, one year probation.

Shane E. Doyle, 28, Cornville, theft by receiving stolen property, Nov. 29, 2009, in Skowhegan; three year sentence to the Department of Corrections all suspended, two year probation, $8,142.63 restitution.

Arlene M. Edson, 29, South China, assault, May 6, 2008, in Skowhegan; nine-month, one-day sentence to the Department of Corrections, probation partially revoked.

Carl A. Landry, 44, Smithfield, domestic violence assault, May 15, 2012, in Norridgewock; dismissed. Disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, May 15, 2012, in Norridgewock; 90 day jail sentence.

James L. Mayhew IV, 35, Fairfield, burglary, May 22, 2011, in Fairfield; 60 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Dustin M. Page, 24, Skowhegan, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, Jan. 5, 2011, in Skowhegan; $400 fine, four year sentence to the Department of Corrections all suspended, two year probation.

Nicholas C. Smith, 31, Waterville, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, Sept. 30, 2011, in Madison; $1,000 fine, nine month jail sentence.
