Kennebec Savings Bank has announced the recent winner of its monthly Compassion Day program. Each month, the bank randomly chooses one name from its team of 107 employees and gives that employee $500 of bank donations to direct to a charity of their choice. Donna Moriarty, a customer service representative in the bank’s Augusta office, was named January’s winner and directed her donation to the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care in Augusta. Above, from left, are Nicole Brown, registered nurse in oncology, Heather Stevens, registered nurse and nurse manager, Moriarty, Jill Buxton, registered nurse, and Sue Sirois, lead secretary.
