ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 8:31 p.m., Douglas Bryant Hutchins, 50, of Rumford, was arrested on warrants for seven charges of unpaid fines or fees.

Sunday at 3:34 a.m., Ryan Edward Spaulding, 24, of Waterville, was arrested on the charge of robbery.

3:46 a.m., Joshua James Chase, 28, of Detroit, was arrested on a charge of assault and a probation hold.

6:12 a.m., Melinda Lorraine Riggs, 25, of Hartland, was arrested on the charge of robbery and a probation hold.
