ARREST

Saturday: At 10:20 p.m., intoxicated people were reported on Mount Vernon Avenue. Edward C. Arbour, 34, of Coopers Mills, was arrested on a warrant and charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating a condition of release.
