Peter A. Gould Jr., 39, Cocoa, Fla., domestic violence assault, Sept. 19, 2012, in Hartland; dismissed.
Jerry P. Hawes, 39, Skowhegan, burglary, June 5, 2012, in Fairfield; 120 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Dustin R. Marcue, 19, Norridgewock, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 26, 2012, in Athens; three year sentence to the Department of Corrections all but 90 days suspended, two year probation, $1,000 restitution.
Michael J. Thompson, 26, Alton, burglary, Aug. 2, 2011, in Cambridge; 90 day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Joshua Vincent, 30, Athens, burglary, July 29, 2012, in Anson; nine month jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
