MONMOUTH — Henry L. Cottrell School has announced the dates of its kindergarten and 4-year-old program registration for the 2013-14 school year.
Kindergarten registration for children who have not previously attended the school’s pre-kindergarten program will be held in the morning of May 8 and afternoon on May 9. Children must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15.
Registration for a morning 4-year-olds’ program and afternoon pre-kindergarten program that the school offers in collaboration with Southern Kennebec
Child Development and provided by Headstart will take place from 8 a.m.-1:45 p.m. May 1 and 2. Children must be 4 years old on or by Oct. 15.
For all registrations, parents will need a copy of their child’s original birth certificate, Social Security card, and health record including immunization dates.
Children will be checked for height, weight, vision and hearing. For an appointment, call 933-4426.
