G.E.A.R. Parent Network, Maine’s National Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health, is celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week by “Building Circles of Wellness”
Organizers will distribute advocacy toolkits, to children’s Mental Health Providers statewide. The kits will contain green ribbons and awareness materials to distribute to youth and families to raise awareness and advocate for positive children’s mental health practices. If you are a service provider. Your kit will be mailed or delivered the week of April 28.
An awareness poster contest, with a cash prize of $50 is planned. Entry submission deadline is April 25.
