ELMIRA, N.Y. — Christopher Hall, a former Oakland resident and a 2012 Messalonskee High School graduate, has been named to the 2013 fall semester deans list at Elmira College. His parents are Brian and Jill Hall, of Lindley, N.Y. His grandparents are Paul and Sue King, of Lindley, N.Y., and Cecil and Gabrielle Hall, of Albion.
