IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday at 7:28 p.m., Anna Marie Louise Morin, 31, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, assault and aggravated criminal mischief, on Western Avenue.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Christyne L. Stevens, 30, of East Wilton, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines or fees.
