Saturday, Kelly Sabin, 46, of Wilton, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence of drugs.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 3:46 p.m., Richard Brian Poirier, 24, of Smithfield, was arrested on charges of burglary and aggravated assault.
