WATERVILLE — The following series of workshops will be held in conjunction with the “Earth-Art-Maine: In the Presence of Wildness” exhibition in the Common Street Arts Gallery on view May 9 to June 28.
⢠Grow it, Pick it, Print it with Lisa Wheeler, is set for 3:30-5 p.m. Thursday; suggested ages are 5 through 12. Cost is $20.
Create colorful, contemporary prints using leaves, flowers, fruits, and vegetables.
⢠Paste Paper & Translucent Layered Paper Workshop with Cynthia Ahlstrin, will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Suggested ages 16 and older. Cost is $40 plus $10 for materials.
⢠Paste Paper Workshop Cynthia Ahlstrin, will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 15. Suggested ages 5-12.
Cost is $20 plus $15 for materials.
⢠Bound Bookmaking Cynthia Ahlstrin is set for 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17. Suggested ages 16 and older. Cost is $40 plus $10 for materials.
This class uses all non-toxic materials and acid free paper. Lisa is not an exhibiting artist in this show.

⢠Monoprinting Workshop with Kris Sader will take place from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Suggested ages 5-12. Cost is $20.
⢠Pulp Painting & Handmade Paper-Using Fibers to Create Art with Christine Higgins, will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 24. Cost is $30 plus $10 for materials. Suggested ages 10-15.
