ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Zachary Givens, 23, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 8:30 a.m., Mark Edward Dodge, 40, of Anson, was arrested on charges of domestic violence; reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, four counts; and domestic violence terrorizing, four counts.

10:38 a.m., Randy Charles Grover, 32, of North New Portland, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.

11:10 p.m., Stephen V. Heath, 57, of Roxbury, was arrested on a probation violation and a charge of failure to comply with sex offender registration.
