OAKLAND — Allison Fischang scored five goals and an assist to lead the Messalonskee girls lacrosse team past Oxford Hills 18-8 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Thursday afternoon.
Sydney Gagne and Mikayla Turner scored four goals for the Eagles (4-1).
Nathaloe St. Pierre chipped in with three assists while India Languet had two goals.
Ally Hanley and Katie Bowie each scored two goals to lead the Vikings (1-5).
SOFTBALL
RICHMOND 4, RANGELEY 1: Kelsea Anair had a triple and two RBIs to lead the host Bobcats to the East/West Conference win.
Kelsi Obi, Cameron Hurley and Cassidy Harriman each added a single for Richmond (7-0). Meranda Martin earned the win, allowing five hits while striking out seven and walking none.
For Rangeley (0-6), Taylor Esty had two singles while Maddi Egan, Tori Letarte and Blayke Morin also singled.
