ARRESTS

IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 8:38 a.m., Kyle Green, 22, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 1:05 p.m., Lorenzo Rayford, 22, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant, on Hillside Avenue.

9:51 p.m., Leo Himes, 59, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
