Eric L. Dias, 24, Clinton, possession of marijuana up to 1 1/4 ounces, Jan. 23, 2014, in Clinton; $350 fine.

Robert J Donohue, 23, Clinton, minor possessing liquor,, Nov. 17, 2013, in Waterville; dismissed.

Christopher Allen Frost, 30, Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, Sept. 25, 2013, in Waterville; $500 fine, two day jail sentence. Failure to provide correct name address, date of birth, Sept. 25, 2013, in Waterville; two day jail sentence.

Elwin S. Gifford, 23, Clinton, criminal mischief, Sept 4, 2013, in Waterville; three day jail sentence, $150 restitution.

Lincoln H. Nye, 72, Rome, place bait to entice deer, Oct. 28, 2013, in Belgrade; $200 fine.

Jessica Pomelow, 25, Fairfield, assault, Feb. 9, 2013, in Waterville; $300 fine, seven day jail sentence. Obstructing public ways, Feb. 9, 2014, in Waterville; seven day jail sentence. Assault, Feb. 9, 2014, in Waterville; dismissed.

Kristen Stewart, 23, Waterville, assault, April 19, 2013, in Waterville; $300 fine, seven day jail sentence. Three counts violating condition of release, April 19, 2013, all in Waterville; seven day jail sentence for each count, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, April 19, 2013, in Waterville, $400 fine, seven day jail sentence.
