ELLSWORTH — Applications are currently being accepted for the Maine Community Foundation’s James and Marilyn Rockefeller Scholarship Fund.
This renewable scholarship supports Maine residents who are on a “road less traveled” and seek educational experiences that will change their life and the lives of people around them. Eligible applicants will be adults returning to school who will have completed a College Transitions program offered through adult education within the last year.
The Rockefeller Scholarship Fund supports post-secondary education that includes enrollment in traditional two- and four-year colleges and universities, certificate programs, professional training opportunities, and self-directed learning experiences.
The deadline for applications is June 15. Applications are available at mainecf.org.
