I have to comment about Sen. Angus King’s endorsement of Sen. Susan Collins. It is unbelievable to me that anyone can say that Collins “crosses the aisle.” She does that only when it doesn’t matter. She didn’t cross the aisle on the issues of raising the minimum wage or equal pay for equal work, and they matter to many women (and men).
How out of touch can either senator be? It is heartening to think that women and men will remember what could have been and what is when casting their vote.
It’s time for a change.
