A Westbrook man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Allagash Saturday.

Dana Watts, 23, was traveling east on Route 161, also known as Dickey Road, when the 2003 Kawasaki motorcycle went around a bend and left the road at about 5:43 p.m., the Aroostook County Sheriff’s office said.

Police said speed may have been a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.

Police said Watts was wearing a helmet.
