Wednesday at 7:29 p.m., Mark Joseph Tardif, 25, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction, operating under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs by police responding to a traffic complaint on Eastern Avenue.

GARDINER
