NEW SHARON — The New Sharon Community Improvement Team seeks donated items for its annual yard sale.

The sale is scheduled for June 21 at the Town Office.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit CIT projects, which include a benefit community vegetable garden, two town flower beds, posting of American flags within the village, a scarecrow reunion in the fall, and lighting of the town Christmas tree. Last December, the group also assisted a needy family at Christmas with food and gifts. Items can be left at the town office or arrangements for pickups can be made.
