Friday at 5:52 p.m., Jordan B. Sears, 18, of Winslow, received a summons for operating a vehicle without a license after being involved in a crash on Civic Center Drive.

Saturday at 8:14 a.m., Mark T. Petelia, was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police were responding to a report of shoplifting at Kmart on Western Avenue.

12:22 p.m., Jennylee E. Rines, 23, of Pittston, was charged with violating conditions of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police were responding to a report of shoplifting at Sears on Whitten Road.
