KVCAP’s Family Enrichment Council sponsors free parenting class
SKOWEHGAN/WATERVILLE — New information on parenting and child behavior is available for parents and care providers of children ages one through four. In this series of three, two-hour classes participants can learn discipline methods that work, how to prevent tantrums, establishing routines to make life easier, and more. The class consists of video vignettes, discussion and activities. Childcare will be available upon request.
The Waterville series, presented by Emily Buckhalter, is set for 1-3 p.m. Wednesdays, July 9, 16 and 23, in KVCAP’s Drapeau Room, 97 Water St.
The Skowhegan series, presented by Deb Rich, is set for 9-11 a.m. Wednesdays, July 2, 9 and 16, at Federated Church of Skowhegan, 13 Island Ave.
