Joshua Decato, Augusta, theft by unauthorized use of property, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both on May 15, 2011, both in Oakland; both dismissed.

Charles O. Fisher, 18, Boston, Mass., minor purchasing liqor, April 5, 2014, in Waterville; dismissed.

Glenn A. Glidden, 51, Waterville, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, two day jail sentence.

Jaime Rae Healy, 31, Winslow; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Feb. 3, 2014, in Waterville; $200 fine. Violating condition of release, April 10, 2014, in Winslow; two day jail sentence.

Lacorte Farm and Lawn Equipment, Calverton, N.Y., operating without registration/reciprocity, April 3, 2014, in Sidney; $250 fine.

Mark D. Meierdirk, 39, Unity, violating condition of release, operate while license suspended or revoked with prior, both March 4, 2014, both in Waterville; 30 day jail sentence for each count.

Natasha Nadeau, 23, Waterville, domestic violence assault, May 3, 2014, in Waterville; seven day jail sentence; two years probation. Violating condition of release, May 9, 2014, in Waterville; four day jail sentence.

Jeffery C. White, 37, Waterville; violating condition of release, May 10, 2014, in Waterville; 72 hour jail sentence.
