PITTSTON — The town seeks its oldest resident to present with the Boston Cane.
The recipient will receive a plaque in place of the cane and have a picture taken of them with the cane to display in the Town Office, along with a short biography.
Nominations are also being accepted for Spirit of America Award recipients. For nomination forms and guidelines, visit www.Pittstonmaine.org.
Nominations for either honor must be made by Wednesday, June 25. For more information, call Deb Barry, town clerk, at 582-4438.
